In the sewing world anything that helps to create your project or clothing falls under trimmings – threads, buttons, ribbons etc. But here we will be discussing fabric trims, these are trimmings that decorate your project or garment. Fabric trims are Pandora’s box waiting for you to discuss the limitless wonder of decorative trimmings. There is a huge variety of fabric trims, made with beads, sequins, plain, decorative, made from a variety of materials, here are just a few of the ones that I use or have used. I will be going through ribbons that are used for sewing and crafting.
